Cybertelbridge has developed and provided IP-based Push to Talk solution named “Everytalk solution.The EveryTalk solution complies with 3GPP Release 12 architecture and implements the functions defined GCSE. The application is SIP based and supports the SIP server separation, hence it is possible to integrate it with IMS as the SIP registrar. EveryTalk supports dynamic QoS management of the PTT traffic using an Rx interface from the PTT server towards the PCRF.
Integration to LTE broadcast bearers was also implemented in EveryTalk. Driven by South Korea Telecom the eMBMS integration was successfully demonstrated using Nokia PS LTE blueprint, EveryTalk PTT server and Uangel BM-SC.
